TVS Motor Company has acquired a majority stake in the British e-bike supplier EBCO Ltd. The £1.16 million (€1.39 million) deal.Also has a direct impact on German Iko Sportartikel Handels GmbH and its Corratec bicyle and e-bike brand.
TVS Motor is committed to being at the forefront of e-personal mobility globally. And this acquisition is in line with the company’s vision. This is the third investment made by TVS Motor in the European e-personal mobility space. The company had recently made investments in Swiss e-Mobility Group (SEMG) and EGO Movement.
