Royal Enfield shows stupendous 43% growth in June 2022

We often hear that market conditions are bad and there’s no sale. But in this case, the Royal Enfield group seems to be thriving.

Sales of motorcycles from India’s oldest motorcycle maker, Royal Enfield, rose 43 per cent in June to 61,407 units as against 43,048 units sold in the year-ago month.

However, regarding domestic sales, Royal Enfield sold 50,265 units against 35,815 units in June 2021. Which is an incredible 40 percent.

The company’s bikes have been popular in various markets, although the market was not suitable due to COVID 19.

Its models include the Classic 350, Interceptor 650 and the Continental GT 650, which have been doing well in international markets.

We will also see much anticipated Hunter 350 arriving by the first half of August 2022, expected to arrive at Rs 1.40 lakh, ex-showroom.

     Which again will increase confidence.

This strong demand can also be attributed to factors such as rising disposable income, low-interest rates and new launches, and aggressive marketing campaigns.

However, one cannot ignore the mass appeal of Royal Enfield models, which continue to hold firm on two wheels across India.
