KTM and GASGAS collaborate. In another major acquisition for KTM after Husqvarna being most important, GASGAS is a European brand and is a dirt bike manufacturer based in Spain.KTM acquires 60% shares in this acquisition.
There is already a successful negotiation with GASGAS owner Black Toro Capital for future industrial cooperation between GASGAS and KTM.
- New trial and enduro models will be jointly developed with GASGAS.
- GASGAS and TORROT products (such as electric bikes) will continue to be produced in Spain and
- GASGAS model will be added to KTM Group’s sales network.
