The four-time champion Carlin Dunne of Pikes Peak Event is honored by Ducati by putting Panigale V4 Anniversario 916 on auction.
Carlin Dunne was not only a racing legend but a very good person by a heart whose accomplishments will be remembered for ages to come.
The bidding begins on 5th September and will go until 15th September. The motorcycle is homologated for the US and has a value of $42,500 and the amount will be donated to Carlin Dunne FoundationÂ
Racing Suit donated by Chaz Davies
Apart from above, Chaz Davies has donated the racing suit that he had won during the race in Laguna Seca during 2019. The suit was made special made as part to unveil Panigale V4 25° Anniversario 916 that was inspired by Carl Fogarty’s suit.
Carlin Dunne Foundation
To pay homage to Carlin’s meteoric trajectory and fateful crash, mission is two-fold.
- Foundation is focused on developing preventative resources and rehab programs for extreme sports athletes diagnosed with or at risk for CTE, Concussion Syndrome, and Traumatic Brain Injury.
- Secondly, a foundation dedicated to providing mentorship programs for up-and-coming riders, and developing a network focused on providing the tools necessary to succeed. Programs are geared to help rookies navigate the business realm and hone their skills in the extreme sports arena.
