Based in Belgium Jan Vanelslande build a custom Ducati Panigale and this looks like a Norton V4RR . Jan build this custom Panigale after it had a little innocent crash but the fairing was pretty much wrecked so he made a new one of aluminum with his english wheel and welder and hammer and dollies.
When i was talking to him Jan he could had made caferacer but then he said everybody else to do it and they are not his thing.
