- Japanese models Gixxer SF250 and Gixxer R250 are expected to arrive soon.
- It does look like both are global models.
- At the Tokyo Motor show, there were no details about the Japanese specifications mentioned.
- The price in Japan will be around 500,000 yen.
- This means compared to GSX250R it has a lower price tag.
- Othe models will be using a similar engine.
Annoucement and Release Date
If we look at the Gixxer SF250 considering its trend of announcement and release date we feel that January 2020. But on the other hand, there was no news in Tokyo Motor Show 2019 about its announcement and release date.
So the dates may get postponed. In Japan, we also heard the release date will be in Spring 2020. Now, this indicates the announcement date may well be in February 2020 and Release date in April 2020.
The fact that Japanese manufacturers do release many products in the middle of April. We could see Suzuki’s models in April 2020.
