Bajaj sales go down by 2.7% in this quarter with global sales of 2.8 million in 2019. We see that the sales are going down in Latin America.
However, we see in 2019 two largest motorcycle market India and China were on the decline. 2.8 million is the figure for sales worldwide that doesn’t include the KTM sales.
Here is the bifurcation.
- 2/3 sales were in India with sales at 1.97 million units which is down by 3.8%
- Sales are doing great in countries like Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Russia, Tajikistan, and Uzbekistan with 3.5000 units sold in the nine months that is almost twice the figures compared to 2018.
- Africa markets are on the decline .
