Back in August 2019 Triumph Tiger 800 XC and XR were spied. Here is the information that we have.
What do we know?
- The wheel seems to be 21-inch wire-spoke wheel model for XC and for XR they are 19-inch cast wheel
- New Case, Shallow sump. Exhaust looks thick and is aligned to EURO5 norms.
- Displacement will be expanded to 900 cc with 110hp of power.
- The subframe is bolted to the tandem step.
- New rear suspension link and longer travel suspension (a solution that combines long travel and low seat height
- An official announcement will be made in winter Dec 3, 2019.
What changes when compared to the current model?
- Various components like screen, blinkers, headlight, handguard, wheels, mirrors, swing arm and brakes remain the same when compared with the current model.
- It gets a different subframe.
- Thicker exhaust.
- Holes are wide but the under guard looks similar when compared with the current model
- Under guard is very close to the engine.
- Left and Right division of the radiator and
- Wire spoke wheels with tubeless tires.
