Triumph will have to recall around 14,473 Thruxton motorcycles across the globe.
Reason being damage to wiring harness. In current state wiring for light and indicators goes via two holes and these are off-course designed with the help of bushing the diameter is too small, and may lead for cables to get damaged.
Solution for Triumph would be to check the holes and replace them with larger if required.
The owners of affected motorcycles will soon be contacted and asked to take their motorcycle to the workshop.
